As i was researching ideas that I could print and use, I decided that I wanted give a personal touch to my project. I wanted to ask my grandfather what was the happiest time of his life, but unfortunately he is too unwell to answer my question. So, to still include him in my project i decided to take the two most important times of his life by drawing and including these images into my piece. The photo with his wife, my grandmother, Ena, who has been married to for the past sixty years, and a photo taken in his youth as a boxer. This photograph was taken a couple of years before he won his title for the Munster Boxing Champion and later the winning an all Ireland. He also held a record for knocking his opponent out of the ring in the first ten seconds of a match.
