Here I'm working on my prints. I purposely allowed ink to remain around the borders of the slides because, although some people may find it unattractive and "messy" I quite like the effect it will give to my finished piece. At first I had started to attempt to carve a human face into a thick book. But, after numerous attempts and destroyed books, I became bored and uninterested with what I was trying to achieve. So I have decided to take a different approach to the way I will present my prints, and create a picture frame from a book, a broken mirror effect and a small hand bound book. I will upload my progress shortly.
